Renamed as the Nike Air Max Plus “Rebellious Air”, this release stays true to its striking colour scheme, featuring the signature gradient as the base with fiery pink gradually fading to pure purple as we move down the shoe. The TPU veins add another dimension to the design by featuring the same fade in reverse on the lateral side and a fade from purple to white on the medial side of the shoe. Another nice attention to detail is that the lateral Swoosh branding is featured in white while the Swoosh on the medial surface is featured in green. These contrast in designs go hand-in-hand with the sneaker’s rename, showcasing a rebellious attitude rather than a cliché design element of the same colour.
