We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days from the time we receive it. Please note that some items may have longer processing times which will be indicated in the item description.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been dispatched via Australia Post Express.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders above $300 within Australia. All orders are shipped via Australia Post and usually take 3-5 business days to arrive. Please allow 5-8 business days for orders to New Zealand.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We do offer express shipping at check out as an additional option. This usually takes 1-2 business days.Â
