Exchange and Returns Policy

At CoppedAU, we take great care to ensure that all products we offer are authentic and of the highest quality. This is particularly important for the rare and hard-to-find shoes we specialise in. Due to the rarity of our products and the amount of work that goes into the authentication process, we operate under a strict no return/refund policy.

That said, we understand that sizing can sometimes be difficult to get right. We ask that you double check sizing and reach out if you have any concerns before placing an order, but we also recognise that mistakes happen. Wherever possible, we will attempt to accommodate size-related returns, provided the item is in brand new and unused condition.

Each shoe offered on CoppedAU has been carefully authenticated by our team of experts, who dedicate countless hours to researching and verifying every pair. We take pride in this process and want our customers to receive only the best.

Returns for Change of Mind or Size

  • A 9% handling fee applies to all change-of-mind or size-related returns.
  • This fee covers inspection, authentication, restocking, and handling costs.
  • Refunds will be issued as CoppedAU Store Credit equal to 91% of the original purchase value (excluding shipping).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • In their original, brand-new, and unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

CoppedAU reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Exchange

If you have received an item from CoppedAU that differs from what was advertised, it may be eligible for an exchange under strict conditions. An exchange may be approved if:

  • The item received has significant flaws and is not as advertised.
  • The item received is of incorrect sizing and does not match the order fulfilled.
  • The item can be deemed unauthentic, with valid proof provided.

Any enquiry for an exchange must include a detailed description and validated proof. CoppedAU reserves the right to decide whether an item satisfies the conditions for exchange. If approved, our team will be in direct contact with you to promptly resolve the order.

Manufacturing Faults

If your sneakers are found to have a genuine manufacturing fault, we will provide a free return and exchange, subject to inspection by our team. Please provide images of the product and the issue when reaching out so we can assess promptly.
