Haven’t received after 2 weeks after paying for express shipping. Hasn’t even been sent. Think I should be getting a refund for that at this point. Was really starting to think it was a scam as it’s hard to get in contact with anyone. I got a number to call off afterpay but they don’t actually offer anything but an email on their site that they don’t even respond to. If you are wanting something in a hurry don’t bother. If you’re prepared to wait long periods to receive your items then not a big deal I guess. Hopefully when I receive the shoes they’re actually legit!!

Very disappointing experience. Promised they could deliver by Christmas if paid express post before ordering and then took too long to post and order not arriving until well after Christmas. 9 days is not express post...
It was not an Aus Post issue as I had contacted them after two days of no charges to tracking information and they said item hadn't been scanned into their system. Retailer wouldn't return any emails or chat messages regarding refund so ended up stuck with no money or present for my son. Very disappointing and stressful experience. I understand things can be delayed but not communicating with customers and outright ignoring them when an issue arises is not right. A refund should have been offered when they knew they couldn't fulfil the order as promised.
Be careful.
